HOTEL POLICY

Check in 2PM, check out 12PM

Reception operating hours:  08AM- 11PM.  Check-in possible 24 hours (night check-in upon request only).

All rooms are non-smoking. In case of smoking, the hotel reserves the right to charge you a 100$ fine and ask you to leave the premises, without any refund.

When paying with bank card a 2.5% commission is charged.

KIDS POLICY

Accommodation:

  • Free of charge if the kid is under 8 years old and stays with its parents with no additional bed;
  • Kids of 8 years old and older must pay 30$ for additional bed, breakfast is included in the price;
Breakfast:
  • Daily 7.30AM - 11AM
  • Free for kids under 2 years old;
  • 5,5$ for kids from 2 years old and under 8 years old;
  • Kids of 8 years old and older must pay 30$ for additional bed, breakfast is included in the price;

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refundable rate. This rate can be cancelled free of charge 48 hours prior the check-in since March 15 2020.

Non-refundable rate. This rate is prepaid, non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. In case of a cancellation, 100% of the price of your stay will be charged as cancellation fee.

Any changes or cancellations must be made with the same method as that made for the reservation.

The HOTEL assumes no responsibility for a cancellation or modification of reservations, including those that are related to:

  • External situation in the city, construction, road condition
  • Inclement weather or weather conditions
  • Natural disasters, including forest fires, floods, volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, etc.
  • Transportation issues, including flight delays or cancellations
  • Illness or death of the traveler or one of his relatives
  • Strike, war, riot, government actions, terrorist acts

TRANSFER

We will be happy to organise your transfer to and from our hotel with our partner company as follows:

  • To/From Sihanoukville Airport (KOS) 25$ per car (Toyota Camry /Lexus RX)
  • To/From Phnom Penh Airport (PNH) 70$ per car (Lexus RX / Toyota Highlander)
  • It is also possible to book bus & boat tickets or a private taxi to any destination in Cambodia. Kindly enquire at reception for prices.
